MISCARRIAGE

Lately we have been hearing news about new abortion law. Our politicians have been thinking about changing the original abortion law. The changes they want to implement consist in giving to teenagers older than sixteen the possibility of having a miscarriage without their parent’s supervision.

This law has made many people unhappy, because they think that teenagers under eighteen must tell their parents about this kind of things, but, if teenagers had to tell their parents, they probably will not say anything, what makes the problem bigger. The law says that a woman is able to have a miscarriage if the foetus is just a few months old, so, if these teenagers do not tell anything and wait until the pregnancy is obvious, they would have to break the law to have a miscarriage.

This new law tries to solve this problem in the best way; anyway it is a controversial thing. The politicians also advice this is the last solution of a problem that can be easily solved. They also advice teenagers that if they are going to have sex, the must take precautions.

Funnily, people who were unhappy with the abortion law are also in disagreement with some of the precautions for unwanted pregnancies. For example, the most common is the condom, which also prevents from HIV and other diseases.

This law can help many teenagers with the unwanted pregnancy, but with this law teenagers will not take so many precautions, because they would have another solution.

ANTI-ABORTION LAW

This law doesn’t improve voluntary abortion legislation, and doesn’t help to establish the necessary consensus on a problem that divides Spanish society.

If the law proposes a term for abortion without limitations, based on the medical and scientific consensus on the time at which a fetus is viable outside the mother, it would be a "law of times" that provides greater legal certainty and is more respectful of the autonomy of women facing the dilemma of whether or not to interrupt her pregnancy. But this law mixes terms and suppositions.

Furthermore, given to minors over 16 years the right to choose abortion without the necessity of consent from a parent or guardian and without even informing. Allowing abortion at age 16 is an inconsistency with other legislation. The law doesn’t clarify or justifies the reasons for this exception to the legal age.

Convert the decriminalization of abortion in certain circumstances or periods in a law regulating abortion rights would mean a regression of civil liberties.

In short, the law that the Government has taken to promote the division between society and exacerbating the problems of legal certainty of the current rule, far from encouraging and strengthening the rights of women and gender equality, achieved the opposite effect, because according to the project, any woman could refuse a free maternity undecided, while the doctor or persons causing an abortion except in the cases permitted by law they can be sentenced to imprisonment from one to three years and special disqualification.

It’s definitely a new law that is not safer for women and for health professionals, which doesn’t increase the public and private freedoms and, by contrast, introduces more confusion and seriously erodes some basic legal concepts as of “legal age”.

This year will be one of the top five warmest years globally since records began 150 years ago, according to figures compiled by the Met Office.

The UK's weather service projects that, unless there is an exceptionally cold spell before the end of the year, temperatures will be up on last year.

Climate sceptics had pointed out that the temperature rise appeared to have stalled in the last decade or so.

That was caused in part by the Pacific "La Nina" stream, which cools the Earth.

But the influence of "La Nina" declined in the spring and the Met Office project that, barring a very cold December, this year will be the fifth warmest on record.

Other sources say it could even be the third warmest.

The last ten years have been in the top 15 warmest on record. And this summer the UK enjoyed temperatures higher than the long-term average.

Although the Met Office was pilloried after forecasting a "barbecue summer", it was their rainfall forecast, not the projected temperatures, that was wrong.

Next year we will see the influence of the warming of "La Nina" stream, and the Met Office says there is a 50% chance that global temperatures will hit an all-time high.

The sporting excellence of the Spanish flag and after several months since it was known, (only two since he was seen in the hall of Frankfurt), is now finally on sale. The desired SEAT Leon Cupra R is already a myth in Spain, since it is the most powerful vehicle sold by the brand. It uses a 2.0 liter TSI engine with no less than 265 hp. His aggressive look is tied to a race car, something inside domesticated, for convenience in daily use, but not lost any sports style.

The SEAT Leon Cupra R is available in nine colors: White Candy, Red Emotion, Crono Yellow, Black Magic, Citrus, Blue Speed and Custom Colors Lumina Orange, Kiwi Green and Gray Fury. With these names either resists!.

A curious name comes from the conjunction Cupra Cup (Cup in English) and Rallye, could not be more explicit.
